This service we offer is used to eliminate the general contractor.  It allows the owner to be in control with experienced and proven representation that will allow purchase control alone to save the project/construction management fee and eliminate what a general contractor cost would be.

Goal: To represent the owner with experience from many projects getting the best financing, quality control, and correlating inspections.  We also get the best 1 out of 3 quotes on all phases of the project, breaking the project down into many phases and bringing most materials and supplies in at wholesale or best available prices, reflected directly to the owner (you).

Objective:  To let the owner be the general contractor and make all final major decisions after all options are laid on the table.

To oversee and manage the details of the project through all phases.

To create allowances for financing and crediting the owner for any savings (in the allowances) with an open-window to savings by any donated services or materials.
